How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly through our website or by contacting your preferred clinic.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gressi Clinic gift cards are available at all locations.
Can I book multiple treatments in one visit?
Yes. Many clients choose to combine treatments for enhanced results. Our team will advise on the best combinations during your consultation.
Do you require a deposit to secure my booking?
For select treatments, a deposit may be required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This will be applied toward your final payment.
What happens if I arrive late?
We kindly ask you to arrive on time to enjoy the full benefit of your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, but the full fee will still apply.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our treatments, we do not offer refunds. However, sessions can be rescheduled within our cancellation policy timeframe. Please check our Refund policy for more info.
